Armada, Rayo end with wins
JACKSONVILLE ARMADA FC 3, TAMPA BAY ROWDIES 2
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Zach Steinberger, tallied two assists and then the winning goal in the 84th minute to lead the Jacksonville Armada to cap a 3-2 comeback win over the Tampa Bay Rowdies on Sunday afternoon at Community First Park.
The win boosted the Armada (5-9-8, 23 pts Fall/6-14-12, 30 pts overall) out of last place in the NASL Fall Standings and while the Rowdies drop to 5-9-8, 23 pts Fall/9-11-12, 39 pts.
Trailing 2-1, the Armada comeback started in the 83rd, when Jemal Johnson backpedaled to get in front of a long corner from Steinberger, then calmly lofted a chipped shot over the keeper and several defenders to tie the score 2-2.
Then, before the crowd could catch its breath, Steinberger ran onto a pass from substitute Derek Gebhard, took a touch and then slotted home the winner.
Martin Vingaard gave the Rowdies the lead in the fourth minute, as he smashed a 40 yard shot over the head of acksonville keeper Miguel Gallardo .
The Rowdies doubled their lead in the 19th, when Michael Nanchoff whipped in a left-footed free kick and Keith Savage directed a looping header over Gallardo.
Ten minutes later, Steinberger set up Alhassane Keita, who first-timed a low, left-footed shot past Chris Glodack to make it 2-1.

RAYO OKC 2, INDY ELEVEN 1
YUKON, Okla.--- Moises Hernandez scored in the 85th minute to give Rayo OKC a 2-1 win over the Indy Eleven at Miller Stadium on Sunday.
Nicki Paterson gave Indy the lead in the 52nd minute on a penalty kick, but Sebastian Velasquez equalized in the 61st minute.
The result of the last game of the season had not affect on either team's post season plans, as Indy (11-7-4, 37 pts/15-7-10, 55 pts overall) qualified for the four team Championship by virtue of their capturing the Spring season title, and OKC (9-5-8, 35 pts Fall/12-9-11, 47 pts overall) clinched its post season spot following results of Saturday.
Rayo found their equalizer thanks to a left-footed effort from Velasquez. The winner came off a corner Hernandez rose to meet the delivery from Pecka.
Indy will host Edmonton in one semifinal next Saturday (3pm ET), while Rayo OKC will visit the defending champion New York Cosmos (7pm ET).
